10X Return: Rank Your Priorities for Impact

Wednesday, November 410:30 AM – 11:10 AM ET

  AI for Small Business Growth

Most people pick their first AI project by excitement, then wonder why it stalls. Todd Youngblood, co-founder of T2 Consulting and creator of the Chilipad, shares FFF for AI, a simple lens for deciding which work AI should take over first. You’ll learn to spot the work AI is built for by testing it for Frequency, Friction, and Forgiveness, then score your candidates to find the one with real 10X potential. This is a working session: bring a laptop or phone signed in to your AI tool. You’ll leave with a ranked list of your AI opportunities and a working first step on the top one.
