AI in the Wild: Can Your Governance Keep Up?
AI is no longer limited to chatbots and office tools. It is showing up in everyday workflows, customer interactions, meeting assistants, AI agents, and even wearable devices. As these tools become more embedded in daily operations, organizations need governance that moves beyond written policies and into real-world decision-making. This session will explore timely AI governance issues including shadow AI, wearable AI, AI agents, data exposure, human oversight, accountability, and operational risk. Attendees will be guided through practical, real-world AI scenarios designed to help them think critically about what should be allowed, controlled, escalated, or restricted in their own organizations. Participants will leave with a practical governance framework they can use as a starting point for strengthening AI oversight, risk management, and responsible adoption. "AUDIENCE TAKEAWAY" Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of today’s most relevant AI governance risks and walk awaynwith a practical framework for managing AI use in real business environments.

Four Things to Watch in Enterprise AI Infrastructure
Enterprise AI is moving beyond individual copilots, chatbots, and proofs of concept. As adoption grows, a new infrastructure layer is emerging around the recurring technical problems that every AI application should not have to solve independently. In this session, you will learn about four pieces of enterprise AI infrastructure that are likely to shape how organizations build and operate AI at scale. You will see how model infrastructure is evolving to handle hosting, inference, routing, capacity, governance, and cost management. You will learn what agent infrastructure needs to provide for identity, permissions, state, observability, and lifecycle management. You will explore how MCP infrastructure can create a governed and reusable way for agents to discover and access enterprise tools. You will also learn why context infrastructure is becoming critical for supplying AI systems with trusted enterprise knowledge, semantics, provenance, permissions, and operational state. Along the way, you will see how Microsoft, AWS, Google, and the broader AI ecosystem are beginning to implement these patterns, where the technologies overlap, and where they solve different architectural problems. You will leave with a practical framework for identifying these emerging infrastructure categories, understanding the problems each one addresses, and deciding where they fit within your enterprise AI architecture.

FROM BRAIN DUMP TO ACTION PLAN
Sometimes a to-do list is hard to start because every item looks big or has several subtasks. In this session you'll learn how to take everything from your list from inside your head and turn it into a personal dashboard that shows your progress - AND a daily checklist that breaks your plan into small steps, so you can see your wins easily. What you will learn: How to turn a brain dump of personal and professional tasks into a dated plan with a dashboard and daily action that you can save on your computer and your cellphone. It's synced so you can update it no matter where you are!

Turn Your Old Customer List into New Booked Jobs
30-50% of qualified leads fail to close due to bad timing. Most businesses are sitting on work they've already earned: old leads that never closed, past customers due for service, and customers who've only hired you for one thing. The hard part is knowing who's ready to buy right now. In this hands-on workshop, you'll build a simple AI helper with Claude that finds those opportunities and tells you who to contact today, why now, and what to say. What you'll learn: - How to turn a messy customer list (spreadsheet, invoices, or phone contacts) into a ranked call list - How to spot who's ready right now using timing signals like season, weather, and time since their last job - How to find cross-sell opportunities, like the one-time customer who needs a second service - How to set it to run on its own so a fresh list shows up without extra work You'll leave with a working AI helper, a call list for this week, and a free guide with ready-to-use templates. No tech skills needed. Just bring a laptop.
