Gemini Notebook: Turn Business Documents into Training, Websites and Games

Teachers and small business owners are buried in documents: lesson plans, handbooks, SOPs, contracts, customer emails. In this hands-on session, you will see how Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM) turns your own materials into an AI assistant that only answers from what you give it, with source citations. Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop and one or two non-confidential documents to try. We will build a notebook live, then generate study guides, FAQs, training outlines, and an audio overview that sounds like a podcast about your content. You will leave with a working "notebook" and 3 ready-to-use workflows for your classroom or business. No tech background needed.
