Delete your account

Remove your AI Friendly Summit account and the data linked to it.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open the AI Friendly Summit app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Me tab.
  3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm twice.

Or ask us by email

No app? Email dev@kynexpro.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete it and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, sign-in, and profile (name, company, job title).
  • Your session check-ins and attendance, booth visits, points, badges, and leaderboard entry.
  • Your certificates, including their PDF files.
  • Your community posts, comments, and reactions, and any photos you attached to them.
  • Your notification settings and the push notification token for your phone.

What we keep

Order and payment records for tickets you bought are kept for accounting, tax, and refunds. They’re no longer linked to an account. Deleting your account doesn’t unsubscribe you from event emails or texts. Use the unsubscribe link, reply STOP, or email us. See the Privacy Policy for details.
